Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with Sports and Outdoors, this backpack is ideal for running! It's lightweight, comfortable, and versatile enough to handle all sorts of workouts. The multipurpose design allows for plenty of storage, including separate compartments for shoes, water bottles, and keys/phone. The only downside is that the straps can dig in a bit if the pack is heavy, but overall a great product. Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts or anyone looking for a solid daypack.
