The product works perfectly. The battery cover is a little tight, but tight is better than loose and falling off. The first one sent didn't work at all. I tried to make a return through the Orders/History section. I selected a product that is not working and received a response that the product cannot be returned. For real? Well then I had to look up a contact number because one way or another I was going to get a replacement or get my money back. I found a way to get the representative to help and from that point on everything went smoothly. I got a replacement the next day and it worked great. Yes I agree with other reviews it is VERY LOUD which is why I wanted it to start from the start.
