You won't believe how many people don't clean their combs, it's terrible. If you've really taken the time to look down at the base of your comb and see all the dirt and oil that collects there and the fact that you let it run through your hair every day and just do that stuff again transferred to your hair. Invest in this little tool that will make your life so much easier! Before this tool, I tried using a nail brush that wasn't long enough to reach the base and not hard enough. Then I came to Amazon and found this (which I didn't even know existed), Amazon has it all. This is a must for cleaning your brushes. Just because it's worth mentioning, DO NOT use this method to clean Mason Pearson brushes. They cannot be submerged in water and come with their own cleaning tool and cleaning instructions.
