You need to put a drop of super glue on the bottom of the cup holder.

Goes well with my 2008 Trailblazer. However, this is a design flaw of the entire rubber cup holder. You'll need to put a dab of superglue on the bottom of the cup holder to ensure it sticks well to the slot it rests on. Otherwise, it will most likely stick to the bottom of the cup and you could accidentally throw it away.
