I wear these 5mm for a week and only take them out briefly to clean. They didn't cause any sensitivity issues due to my nickel allergy and other sensitive ears. Screwdrivers are a nice touch. I sleep comfortably in it, don't slouch and don't fall out. I like what I would call an intermediate fire (my personal preference). The colors are striking but not strong. The only downside for me is that these posts are way too long which can make them stick out uncomfortably at the front. In the attached photo, I pushed it forward to increase the effect. This is an easy solution as I simply placed the clear plates between the petal and the screw-on plates. This makes them look nice from the front and doesn't interfere with the thread at all. I recommend these earrings and think they are good value for money.
