After reading many reviews I bought 20x20 inserts and put them in pillowcases as soon as I opened them. I read about the difficulty many people had putting their pads or pillows into these pillowcases because the zippers on them weren't the full size of the pillowcase, and there were tearful reviews, and I thought, I'm going to open my pads and stuck them right into my new pillowcases, so that's exactly what I did! I let the inserts in the pillowcases expand; No problem for me, no tears or trouble pushing inserts into pillowcases after they've stretched! I'm so glad I did it this way! Without stress!
