Works great in video converters
I needed a device to extract sound from my Roku's HDMI output and feed it to a headphone amp. That does the job perfectly and doesn't interfere with the operation of the TV or soundbar, which are usually connected to an HDMI signal. Very small, unobtrusive and well thought out. No hum or unwanted noise in the audio output.
