I like how easy it is for me as an employee or manager of this software system (Vision) because not only can you see your entire schedule but also all employees schedules at once which makes scheduling much easier! Also being able be updated in real time when changes are made by other team members making sure that we always have accurate information about our jobs/schedules without having someone constantly calling us asking if something has changed etc..I dislike some things such seeing what hours certain people work during any given day would help make my job less stressful knowing where everyone's availability lies so i could plan accordingly!! If there was more room between each section then maybe adding another month option? It helps keep track easily for both myself & managers who use vision everyday.
