I didn't return it because of the quality, it was because it wasn't big enough for my cats. It took me a while to figure out how to attach the part that holds the two small supports to the ground without wheels and I needed a hammer to make the part myself. When on, it supported the wearer when not being rolled. I also found it bulky because the backpack straps are thick and heavy compared to the carrying body. However, for people who want to use it in backpack mode, this is not a problem. I think this will be a good product for some users, but it just doesn't suit my specific needs (transporting heavy cats to the vet).
