Despite the fact that I don't even use it in games, it broke somewhere in the course of a year like many other ctrls. It was an extremely fragile mount, and according to reports, the button on a keyboard that is used for its proper purpose can break in as little as a few weeks. After one and a half years, I almost noticed that the illumination on two of the buttons began to be different from that of the others. It seems that the LEDs in those buttons burned out, so instead of being white, they became yellow, and instead of being blue, green. It turned out that Logitech does not have a service, but there is an official guarantee that can be accessed over the Internet. I went to the store, and they sent it for diagnostics to the company's service (here I was unlucky since I did not purchase the gadget from a store that specialized in computers), but I was able to get my money back. it ought to be, but in practice the website is broken; I can't register a product or a claim; all I can do is contact Hong Kong (I've already spent a few hundred on long-distance calls), and only after that can they file a claim and begin interacting via mail. But things don't get any simpler; one gets the impression that the employees' job is not to assist customers, but rather to get rid of their guarantees and hold out until the end of the warranty period. This involves digging into the form of a check, then moving on to the form of refusal of guarantees by the store, and I have no idea what kind of claims will come next. I have not been able to finish this quest for the past two weeks, despite the fact that they don't seem to argue that I bought the product from their official distributor, and the keyboard is broken; however, everyone continues to dig into some kind of formalities. In general, the European manufacturer has a service level of a nasty state office. This is such a pitfall that after using primarily their products, the majority of which are quite pricey, over the past 20 years and being so close to making a purchase of their G915 model for myself, I came to the conclusion that I would no longer make purchases from this firm.
