I used this to remove the caps from my old IBM Ms model as part of a restoration project. Worked great. For anyone new to the mechanical keyboard community, these wired keycap removers are an absolute must-have when it comes to removing keycaps. Some keyboards come with small plastic keys. Do not use them under any circumstances. You will destroy keycaps if you use plastic. Buy these. These are excellent. They come at a reasonable price and are sturdy enough to work with large keycaps like Shift or Enter. However, if you have an ISO layout, you may have trouble getting the leverage. In such cases, I recommend using the flexibility of these pullers to circumvent this problem. Going ahead, spread the wires around the corners of the cap and gently pull. Don't worry, you won't break the puller.
