Review on 2 Quart Water Basin for Rainbow Genuine Models SE, D4, and D3 by Sarah Brown

I don't hate this product rather I am very disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the customer service available. I ordered this artificial rainbow sink in early January 2018. In early July 2018, after being used for the bi-weekly cleaning, it began dripping from a crack in the bottom of the sink. We used tape but it didn't work. I have tried to get an exchange but this is only possible within 30 days. The irony is that we bought a Rainbow 38 years ago and it still works. The only thing we had to replace was the bowl. The exchange only lasted about 6 months.
