I like the size and I like the fact that it has a backlight. But it won't hold a charge. I've had it plugged in for a few days and it still doesn't work for more than a few minutes after unplugging it. It works well when I use it while plugged in, but that doesn't make it suitable for travel or hand-holding. Very dissatisfied with this product.
