Review on 🏋️ Advanced Orthopaedics 3 Panel Abdominal Binder: 9-inch High, Waist Circumference 30-45 inch | White by Alif Wills

I am very happy with this binding. I haven't had surgery so can't tell how it works with this condition and I didn't buy it for my muscles just for temporary support so I'm looking at it from that perspective. I have tried at least seven different bandages for my diastasis recti. This is my favorite touch, softer than the other one I gave five stars and more adjustable, but I highly recommend both and use them interchangeably. I always have to change them every few hours so I bought several because I stretch when I wear them. I'm finally working with an online program (gut team) that got me back in the market for a binder. This folder is indeed the grand balance of all worlds. An abdominal split due to diastasis rectus abdominis is a difficult splint for a person with a curved waist. This binding is not a second skin. but it is NOT so stretchy that it immediately becomes useless and almost immediately shrinks into a large useless knot at my waist (I've had several of these). It also doesn't feel like plastic tubing with hook and loops so tight that the bars flex and dig into my back and sides while still squeezing the elastic tubing where I bend and flex, and it cuts off blood circulation, like a tourniquet and pain (there were at least two with these problems). This belt is soft enough to be comfortable but strong enough to remind me to engage my inner muscles. my waist. I just bought my second of these bindings so I have a spare. That's a great price for an item that I would happily buy again. It can be so disheartening to have diastasis rectus abdominis and not have the resources to treat it, it is actually better for your diastasis than many of the more expensive binders (I do not work for this company and am not compensated for this review only in case I'm just a mom with diastasis rectus abdominis and bought other expensive bandages and we didn't have the money for them, we just tried desperately to cure them)! The sizing is accurate as the adjustment is made wherever you place the velcro on the tape it sticks to. I believe it is true to size. Health and happiness to all on the healing journey!
