This cover took much longer than expected to install. . I couldn't get it right the way it is. After some fiddling with inspection and comparison to the OEM, I found that the thread entry was too short. The only way to make it work is to take my trusty Case pocket knife and cut back the first strand to make it longer and less twisted. The rest of the fit was good. much less fiberglass reinforcement than the original, if any. I suspect long term durability might be an issue but I'll have to wait and see. I would say you are better off spending the extra money on an OEM or better brand name.
