These bands work as expected. I have no complaints. However, it took me about 5 minutes to install the group on the Versa. Although this has more to do with my inability to determine the orientation of the watch and how the clasp works than a design flaw. Having done this once, I can now switch groups almost with my eyes closed. I wouldn't say they're attracted by themselves. They're pretty casual but seem to do well in the water because they dry relatively quickly and are comfortable which is why I bought them in the first place. Original straps tend to irritate my skin and cause discoloration. Another reason was to keep my expensive laptop's finish. I was a little annoyed that the metal clasp on the original strap scratched my laptop where my wrist rested on the palm rest. Both problems were solved for a little over ten bucks, so I'm a happy backpacker.
