That's it. - my new rating

**UPDATE** After using this monitor for a few months I can say this is the best monitor I have ever used and I take my words back by saying the black levels are ok. Black levels are amazing due to the ATW polarizer. It is 100% free of the IPS glow you might see on an IPS monitor. This monitor definitely has the best black level of any IPS monitor. And what I love about this monitor is that the panel is semi-gloss, so you get the rich contrast and vibrant colors that you'd lose with a typical aggressive anti-glare coating. This HDR monitor is amazing. It can get very bright (1200 nits) with very good colors. Black levels are okay, but overall it's just an IPS panel. If you are deciding between this and Samsung Odyssey neo g7/8, I would prefer this one. Why? The Neo g7/8 looks washed out and grainy due to the aggressive AG coating and poor calibration. Samsung's HDR is pretty average (800 nits). Finally, LG is certified as GSYNC compliant, but Samsung is not. There are artifacts and sometimes flickering when you turn on Neo g7/8.
