I can't rate zero stars here in advance, otherwise I would have given it. I ordered this for a customer and he already has the full access pack. Their main display says that activation is required. But they don't mention that it requires a separate subscription. When we called customer service, the first person to answer spoke hardly any English and their accent was so heavy that they were difficult to understand. Was asked to speak to someone who spoke fluent English and they hung up. Called back asking to speak to the manager and he got someone who of course didn't speak English or asked him to speak to someone who spoke English which resulted in him hanging up again. Tried to call headquarters, got voicemail, left a message never to call again. They obviously don't care about their customers. But for Revain and Sirius in Michigan, you must indicate that a separate subscription is required in your main listing. Both of you were unable to do this and since I can no longer return this I will be filing an application with the Better Business Bureau to report this. I'm also considering filing a lawsuit against Revane and Sirius for secrecy and false advertising. If anyone else has been subjected to the same treatment and would be interested in a class action lawsuit against both companies for failure to comply with the laws in their state, please contact me.
