Came used. Hair (looked like a cat and all itchy after the treatment, I have a severe cat allergy, I needed Benedryl afterwards) all over the wire sticking together - you can see it in the photo. I compared what I have with what is written on the internet, I missed a few things. The tool is on the left in the photo, the packaging has been opened, the blades are dirty. There is some dirt on the tongs and one of them is very, very dirty like it was stuck in dirt or something and then dried. I'm not exactly sure what's missing, it's hard to compare to the photos and as I'm itchy and short of breath from my reaction I didn't want to deal with it any more than I had to. When I tried to find a replacement, CSR told me I was sorry, Charlie. I expect to go to a real store to buy one where I can see what I'm getting and be sure it's not used.
