Lots of batteries for a small price
In my experience, there is a catch when you can get so many batteries for such a low price. The catch is that the batteries don't last that long on their own, but you have plenty of them, so you only have to switch to a new one when the old one dies. I've just started using a device with two LR54 batteries installed. So far it's working well but I'll see how long it lasts before I write a rave review. The batteries come in multiple blister packs and you remove each one by pushing it through the perforations on the back.
