The drive arrived overnight which was a very pleasant surprise when I ordered it. Installed on the passenger door of a 2005 Chevrolet Astro Van. installed on the drive, since it is universally configured for the built-in door. I think that's brilliant because it reduces the products that are somewhere on the shelf. Yes, you have to remove four nuts and four screws, I didn't find it impractical myself like others did. If you don't want to deal with that, you can pay more for a Delco air conditioner. And yes, the stock actuators are factory riveted, just drill out the center with a good quality metal drill bit, but nothing from Harbor Freight. It will definitely save your door from damaging the door with an air chisel. As for mounting, I read reviews that the mounting holes weren't aligned for the Astro-Van, rotate the bracket as it should mount to the drive and the holes lined up perfectly. I did the driver's side last year and found that using a 1/4" x 1/2" aluminum rivet was the perfect size for assembly with no loosening issues. I was also surprised that the drive included tabs for screw attachment, which the AC Delco doesn't have. I just installed this device about an hour ago, it works great. My problem with doors not closing fully or opening with the switch has been solved. I noticed that the door handle and latch levers overlap behind the armrest bracket. Bending it into position solved the binding experienced when unlocking the door with the key. However, this was not the main reason for the door switch not unlocking or locking the door. I didn't give a durability rating as I just bought and installed it. Overall I think the product is very good and worth the money as once the door was assembled the lock seemed to work much better than ever. I recommend this product to anyone and everyone.
