I liked it, but when my lips start to dry out, I refuse it. There is no accumulative effect from the balm, there is only a lasting effect immediately after application. Before and after lips remain dry if there is a problem. Has pros: A pleasant chill, while also protecting against weathering. Cons: For some people, the cold is unpleasant. Does not restore lips (there is no cumulative effect of any), requires constant use.
