Very comfortable and stylish!
I've read reviews of an uncomfortable strap that digs into the back of the ankle, which is a problem with most shoes anyway. So I put an adhesive pad in the shoe like in the photo and it's very comfortable. No other problems or friction. I ran 6 miles the first day I put them on, which I don't recommend, but even then I felt comfortable! And they are very stylish. I highly recommend.
