They are well made but I don't think they are as breathable as advertised. After wearing them for a short time, they cause profuse sweating. That means even if you only wear them for a short time, you probably need to wash them because if they cause sweat, in addition to the sweat that's still in the shoe from the previous wear. In addition, they are very good and comfortable and seem to be durable.
