The product just doesn't work. I bought an OEM Dell charger because what I bought didn't work, nothing. BIOS updated, nothing. Returned 3rd party mouse and bought Dell OEM, nothing. I've come to the conclusion that it's the Replicator itself. I don't care if it's past the product support window or the return period. You send me a product that works, this review will be revised. Very easy.
