Review on Chemical Guys CLD_101_16 Purpose Cleaner by Barry Hill

I recently bought 16 oz. a bottle of All Clean+ citrus cleaner for use mainly in car interiors. The directions on the bottle state that All Clean+ is "super concentrated" and should be diluted with 20 parts water to 1 part interior cleaner. But take it. The atomizer/cap is NOT removable! When trying to get 1 ounce of cleaner out of a bottle (to mix 20 ounces of water in another spray bottle), I tried spraying the cleaner into a measuring cup. However, the cleaner will foam up as you spray, leaving a cup of foam/bubbles and a small amount of liquid cleaner at the bottom of the measuring cup. To get 1 ounce of liquid cleaner in a measuring cup, you probably have to spray 3 ounces of cleaner into the measuring cup, most of which are frothy bubbles that overflow the measuring cup, which is a waste of time. Cleanser. If the product is "over-concentrated" and meant to be diluted, then who is the genius who thought it was a good idea to sell it in an aerosol can with a sprayer/cap that can't be removed?! Luckily, Revain gave me a full refund. The only reason I gave it two stars is that it might work for those who want to use it at full strength (undiluted) for an intense cleanse.
