Cut the threads instead of the original
Installed on 04 Tahoe. haven't had a chance to drive yet. There will be an update tomorrow. I have a 3/5 drop. New regular registers with a cut cone were installed. I cut the threads off them to fit in place of the original from the front. Slightly shorter than OEM, I think they would be good for a lowered Tahoe.
