My 14 month old girl is over 19 pounds or less. I bought white and gold shoes in size 6 to 12 months, they fit perfectly and last for some time. And she loves them. They have a flexible sole with a cushioned insole and a soft, slightly stretchy material on the leg with a Velcro fastening on the ankle. They are by no means rigid or rigid. Ideal for little soft feet. They fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them! Good price!
