I have bought much more expensive septum clickers in the past and I must say that this one is not inferior in quality to them for a fraction of the price! I was concerned this clicker might appear cheap in person, but the quality of the metal is excellent and the gems look beautiful. It nestles quite close to the nose and looks very dainty. The only possible downside is that the clicker is a bit difficult to release when the nose ring is in. The first few times I tried it my nose felt a bit uncomfortable afterwards. However, an easy way to avoid discomfort, which I've been using ever since, is to slide the ring off one side of the nose, get the tip of a cotton swab under the click mechanism, and apply gentle pressure. It worked like a charm for me! Bottom Line: Whether you're looking to try a decorative clicker for the first time or you already have a whole collection, this item is a great purchase! However, if any of the gems fall off over time, I'll be sure to update.
