I love Furinno products and have two more shelves/shelves. I bought this to use for my router, cable modem upstairs and all the other items on the other shelves. Everything is easy to assemble as they say. It's a great size for what I was looking for as it's a bottleneck but then had to be put on a top shelf. I spent about 10 minutes assembling everything except the top shelf. Looking at the top shelf's mounting holes (two for the wooden dowels, one for the metal stud) I noticed that the dowel holes looked smaller than the dowels themselves and the hole at the end of the stud looked off-center. I buckled it anyway. It took about 20 minutes to even get close to the spot. Once it was in place I must have pulled the swing out bars at an angle so they would fit as well. I tightened it and a tear almost 2 inches long developed. top shelf. I would still be ok with that as it doesn't really matter. I walked to the front of the finished but cracked unit and noticed that the swing-out bars were skewed. Then I spent 30 minutes taking it apart. and assembled it only to have the same problem when I got to the top shelf. The pre-drilled holes for the dowels are not as big as the dowels. The pre-drilled hole for the metal screw is 1/2 inch from where it should be and if you do this in your head you will see how once in position it will cause the Arm twists/rotates that the Les should be angled to match the holes they go in. I'm writing it down like I'm getting a bad device. I've never had a problem with their products and my main interest in their products is the ease of assembly and they look good, usually solid for the price. Be careful with the top shelf. You may want to level it before installing the top shelf to ensure it fits properly. I'm in the process of sending in a replacement and will update my review, hopefully a 5 star experience with the replacement.
