First it arrived damaged in the packaging. The drum was bent, I didn't mean to complain, I just hoped it would make my job easier, which it does. I only processed 4 ducks, first 2 went well, second 2 kept stumbling. I hope that after cleaning I noticed that a small amount of springs got caught between the magnetic safety switches. After cleaning it seems to work better. The reason I bought it rather than build it myself was in the hope that I wouldn't have to fix or work on it too often. I hope to do better next time as I slaughter about 30 birds that day. For something that cost nearly $500, it should have worked flawlessly with 4 ducks!
