Works great, but you need the right tools!
Only came in small packaging - please note extra screws are not included! You'll also need a matching tiny star-shaped screwdriver, which I bought at Walmart after using the screwdriver in the eyeglass repair kit to almost completely unscrew one of the screws. These fans are very quiet and have improved my computer's performance. I would even say. I have a Macbook Pro from early 2011.
