What is IDK: Stamp and Ink Pad

Based on the description I bought this product thinking they were white ink pads. It's more like color. The consistency is very thick and does not soak into the pillow. It is very opaque for color when printed on brown kraft paper. It's so thick I can't even squeeze ink out of the bottle. He's beaten. I hope my notebook is not damaged. I expect this stuff to dry like pillow paint and hard and hard. So I can buy a new stamp pad in addition to ink 😬
