Freezer issue fixed
Very happy Google and YouTube diagnosed why my freezer and fridge weren't cold and then saw frost on the side of the freezer. Be careful of sharp edges when removing the back panel of the freezer to access these parts for replacement. It's been months since I did the repair and the parts are still working.
