Great squat pad at a great price.

Very comfortable. With the straps, it is easy to keep on the bar for front squats and hip thrusters. I even leave it on for clean to front squats.

Pros

I like it but be thicker and longer will be better!

Cons

It may not provide enough grip on the barbell
