Soft stretching device that makes a big difference
Oh man, this thing is a little slice of heaven. I have chronic back problems and am working on my mobility. This is a great tool for back stretches and with 3 settings you can start with a low, gentle stretch and work your way up. It's also great for giving a gentle crunch to your back and even your lower back/thighs when lying on your side. Highly recommended.
