Not worth it - vacuum cleaner and floor care

The only good thing about this vacuum cleaner is its suction power. For that I give 1 star. The only reason I ordered a Kenmore canister was because I recently had an old Kenmore canister that I bought used at a $15 garage sale and hadn't given me any problems in 7 years! 7 YEARS! when the engine finally stopped working. And this brand new vacuum cleaner, which I only bought 4 months ago, is already breaking. The motor/carpet mount will not work when connected to a probe. That means some of the cables in the wand must have come loose, but the cables are covered in this hard, bulky plastic material, making access difficult. I just checked how much it would cost to replace the wand and its a damn $100. The end of the wand is covered in this huge, bulky plastic material, meaning it doesn't fit into small spaces like my old Kenmore. The hard floor nozzle is already falling apart. The hose doesn't come out of the container at an angle, which means that every time you pull on it while vacuuming, all the tips of the container fall out, causing all the little nozzles to fall out. Whoever designed this useless piece of junk should be fired. DO NOT FIX WHAT IS NOT DEFECTIVE! Your old canister vacuums worked great. I should have trusted my intuition and returned this pile of junk as soon as I opened the box because you could easily say it was made very cheaply, but I was desperate for the vacuum cleaner I kept. You would think that for $350 it would last longer than 4 months. Nothing is done for more than a few months. I will never buy these vacuum cleaners again.
