I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and it turned out to be a very well made and very functional product. I also gave her day bag saddlebags in the same color so now she has a functional kit. We live and ride in the mountains and canyons of Colorado and typically do multi-day trips of between 6 and 10 miles, usually 3 times a month, weather permitting. This is the perfect product for short day trips, it has ample space for many items including but not limited to gloves, groceries, water bottles, hoof pick, rope, camera etc. It is very easy to clip in place. and once you thread the adjustable straps on either the back D-ring or the front D-ring, it stays in place nicely. It also has eyelet tabs at the bottom so you can thread yoke straps through to further secure it. In addition, it has adjustable nylon straps at the bottom that wrap around the bag and attach items to the bag, such as a wallet. B. a coat can be used. We have used it on 6 trips including several where we have been. Explore new gorges and climb very dense thickets of oak and juniper. Never worried about the bag coming loose. In addition, thanks to the durable nylon construction, the bag will not tear. The zips are good and strong and I'm sure the waterproof lining will be a plus in the future. All in all, this is a great product from a very respected company. I do not regret buying this product. With proper care, it will give us many years of riding.
