Bought this vest to buy for fall weather. It keeps my chest/torso incredibly warm, love it! I'm 5'1, 110lbs, 32C and bought a small. It's a bit loose but I'm fine with that because I like looser jackets than skinny jackets but that's just personal preference. I could wear XS but I was afraid they would be too tight. Although I am very happy with the little one! *** UPDATE: I ended up returning the small one and got xs. It fit much better and it was still snug with little room to manoeuvre. Ideal. Basically they are true to size.
