The bolt is loose, so the natural solution is to tighten the nut that holds the bolt to the bracket. Unfortunately, this is not possible for two reasons: 1) When you start tightening, the screw head slips into the rubber foot, after which you can no longer wrap it with a head or wrench. and 2) The nut on top of the prop has been intentionally pinched/crimped so it can no longer rotate freely on the stud! who would do it It would be one thing if the nut locked in the fully tightened position, but it doesn't. It is free and can never be tightened. I will definitely return all of this.
