This is for a 11.8" (2 phase) warm white fixture. The quality of the lamp seemed to be quite good, this is more of a comment on the Functionality. I tried to power the device from an external switch, but that doesn't work. The device's built-in switch is electronic and does not save its settings when the device is turned off. When the power is turned back on, the device remains off, until it is activated again by the built-in switch.
