I've had a wool blanket for 10 years and I love it. My husband suffers from asthma, hay fever and neurodermatitis and has always avoided duvets. Having recently moved to the US from Australia I figured wool blankets would be as popular in shops as they are back home in Oz. Unfortunately they aren't there and after a long search on the internet I came across this blanket. Wow, we were definitely not disappointed with the quality of this product. It's warm without overheating. It is beautiful and sublime giving a luxurious look and feel. I know the concept of a wool comforter might seem strange to some, but I highly recommend trying it out as you won't be disappointed.
