Well it's not my style but I had to say something and Amazon didn't really do anything other than give me a $10 card. bottom left of the box, which literally looks like a prison bar. The box was neatly and tightly packed, the goods were delivered in a suitcase. Under the suitcase in the box was this knife, free. I found it by cutting my hand. Thankfully it was only about an inch long, but apparently it was something I couldn't see at all. That has never happened to me. I am amazed and shocked. Also, to make matters worse, I'm missing one of the heads and I have 2 flat spatula heads. The head with two teeth is completely missing. Considering this and hell knows what disease I contracted from the prison bar, I can say with confidence I will not be buying anything else from this manufacturer. And that's saying a lot coming from someone like me. If you decide to buy it yourself, the product itself seems great, but there is something about the cut hand that just leaves a very sour taste in the mouth. Just be careful and check the box and everything you touch before unpacking and using.
