Review on 🍳 Bruntmor Nonstick Cast Iron Casserole Pan - Kitchen Braiser Dish, 3.8-Quart Round Casserole Pan by Paul Rogger

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I enjoy using my braiser!

I live alone and I've found that most of the kitchen items I've used have just taken up closet space. Then I reassessed my culinary needs. I kept my large soup pot because I make bone broth regularly, but all the cooking supplies I had like my chicken skillet, my 10 and 12 skillets. I gave them to a family member who was grateful for my dishes. I've read, compared prices, read reviews, bought a well made 6 and 8-seater pan with lid, 3 liter pot BUT I still had to try the cookware. I chose this Brazer. I've used it the most, so I believe it does what I was hoping for. It's deep enough to brown meat and chicken before I roast them (I love the grill's versatility to do this from oven to oven). It cleans great. I leave it on the stove to cool, later I put it in the sink with water and Dawn, let it sit, and later I lightly clean the burnt things with a non-scratching brush. It cooks evenly, cleans like a dream and holds the heat perfectly. I haven't had any problems with enamel either. It's well done.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Lots of things
