Review on MITO AUTO OE Integrated Vehicle CD Player via USB Radio Connection (MIT-USBCDV2) – Streamlined Connectivity with Vehicle Fit Chart by Chris Jens

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great!

I have a new 2020 Ford Escape that did not have a CD player. I went to the best store in town and they installed the only external cd player they have and it was a bad experience because the player had to buffer all the songs in memory before playing them. 1 CD would last over 15 minutes! Not a good experience if you're used to putting a CD in the drive at the supermarket. I went on the internet and researched. I found the MIT-USBCDV2. There are 2 models and I took the risk of going with this one - mainly because I know Revain has a good returns policy. Well we plugged it in and it works great! INSTALLATION: Connect USB. HOW TO USE: 1. Turn on the radio.2. Insert CD.3. Wait 15 seconds (to buffer the index) until the audio source "external USB" is displayed.4. Click on the icon. The music starts to play.5. Press "Next/Previous" on the console or steering wheel and it will play those songs. We've tested it on old CDs, new CDs and ones we recorded ourselves. They all worked. The sound comes through the car speakers. Life is good again!
