Firstly I don't really know how tall my daughter is or how much she weighs but I think she is a typical 9 year old. Not big, not small, not fat, not thin. Quality: After three half hour uses (one fell off) the wrist guard is already falling apart and the elbow and knee pads still look like new. The elbow pads and knee pads look like they will last. Fit/Size: The wrist guards and elbow guards fit her perfectly, but the knee guards are a bit tight. I ordered the smallest adult version of the knee pad and it's a little big for her but more comfortable. Therefore, in my experience, it can be worth buying these knee pads separately. You might even get a different brand of wrist guard.
