Sturdy but some flaws

It is strong and easy to open but when we opened it had scratches and scuffs. The cup holder popped out and the side panel wasn't even closed. I needed this because my daughter had surgery on her legs and she still has to do her homework at school. She doesn't get out of bed for weeks. So that will just suck it up ruined for the money I paid.
