laptops are very good, but given the price, they underperform in a number of ways.1. The Control Center software is terrible. Some settings cannot be saved and will revert to default when the laptop restarts. "Smart Utilities" are not smart and are not utilities. The AI is just crazy - had to turn it off. Keyboard LEDs return to multicolor wave after reboot. In general - the software is complete garbage.2. The webcam is of poor quality and the camera position on the chin is just stupid. Terrible speakers: no volume and muffled audio - cannot be used for meetings4. The microphone is also strange, not ideal and not suitable for meetings5. The built in Bluetooth is terrible - the iPods lag all the time (can't use them for gaming) and I can't use the iPod's mic as the laptop can't see it.6. The color of the screen is good, but reflects heavily7. The power adapter is a BOMB, weighs the same as a laptop and the connector plugs into the side! 8. Used it for casual browsing (no gaming) for 4 hours and the battery died. Overall - I give 3 stars. I'll send it back and get a Razer or Alienware.
