This is the second Gigabyte product I have had such terrible experience with the cooling system, my first was with an old motherboard (about 10 years ago) for a PC, these were 2 small fans to cool the VRMs and over time they started to vibrate and eventually got very noisy. Now with this new expensive laptop, the CPU fan started vibrating in less than a month. Now I can hardly use it unless I have to choose. Overall a very solid machine. It's not perfect, but it works great, looks good, and won't burn you. 09/30/2021 update below. Pros: * Very powerful CPU/GPU * Excellent cooling system. So far the Aero 15 runs at least 20°C cooler than my previous car. Default temp is in the mid 40's, with heavy loading in the mid-high 70's. laptops are very good, but given the price, they underperform in a number of ways.1. The Control Center software is terrible. Some settings cannot be saved and will revert to default when the laptop restarts. "Smart Utilities" are not smart and are not utilities. The AI is just crazy - had to turn it off. Keyboard LEDs return to multicolor wave after reboot. In general - the software is complete garbage.2. The webcam is of poor quality and the camera position on the chin is just stupid…
