I love these paddles! The straps are positioned to suit large or small hands. They gave me the best workout for my shoulders, chest and lats with the added bonus of being able to see where my arm technique went wrong. The perfect, comfortable shape fits your hand perfectly and moves so much water that you can tell when your hand angle isn't where it should be because the extra turbulence caused by poor technique is really overkill on them , so you can tell when you're in place or even a little out of your head. The quality of the materials is first class. I highly recommend it. Practice each shot (preferably with a buoy) for added power, speed, and accuracy.
